After a fantastic time in Wellington meeting all sorts of wonderful people it has been time for me to get back into my kitchen and give my teflon and silicone a real workout. First thing off the block was a batch of my almost famous Snickers Slice which I love but sticks like nothing else. We had a great time at the Gluten Free and Allergy Show in Wellington last weekend. Everyone loved the product and we almost ran out of stock!  We had great conversations with those who were gluten intolerant and to the professionals who support them.  We certainly learnt a lot and I think we helped a few people too.
